THE FRENCH ITALIAN at Tribeca Festival 2024

No Rest for the Weekend’s coverage of the 2024 Tribeca Festival continues with the world premiere of the new comedy, The French Italian starring Catherine Cohen, ( Only Murders in the Building) Aristotle Athari ( Hacks), Ruby McCollister ( The African Desperate), and Chloe Cherry.

We were there on the red carpet to interview the cast along with director Rachel Wolther and producer Miranda Kahn. The French Italian the story of a couple (Cohen and Athari) living in New York City who stage a fake play in order to combat their annoying, karaoke singing neighbor (Cherry).
