On this week’s episode we bring you our exclusive interview with filmmaker Debra Robinson who recently had two of her films, I Be Done Been Was Is and Kiss Grandmama Goodbye restored and screened at the Brooklyn Academy of Music. The movies were restored by the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences with the help of New York Women in Film and Television and the Women’s Film Preservation Fund.

Plus an updated on this year’s Tribeca Festival including some of the television and streaming series projects as well as talks and performances at this year’s festival including: Mastermind, The Walking Dead: Daryl Dixon Book of Carol, Yanqui, Hollywood Black, ESPN’s In the Arena: Serena Williams, and the untitled Tim Burton docuseries running June 5th through the 16th.
